Our Quality Check Process
Quality Control & Assurance
At Sana Fahsion Fusion, quality is embedded into every stage of our manufacturing and supply process. Our goal is to deliver products that consistently meet buyer specifications, performance expectations, and international market requirements. While we are not ISO 9001 certified, our internal quality control system is developed and operated in alignment with ISO 9001 quality management principles, ensuring structured processes, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Our Quality Commitment
We believe that sustainable business growth is only possible through consistent quality. From raw material selection to final packing, each process is monitored, documented, and reviewed to minimize variation and eliminate defects before products reach our clients.
Our quality practices are designed to:
- Ensure compliance with agreed buyer specifications
- Maintain consistency across bulk production
- Reduce defects and rework
- Improve customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Customer Requirement Review & Sample Approval
Every order begins with a detailed review of customer requirements to avoid misunderstandings and production errors.
Our process includes:
- Review of product specifications, sizes, GSM, fabric type, stitching details, labeling, and packaging requirements
- Clarification of technical details before order confirmation
- Development and approval of reference samples (where applicable)
- Use of approved samples as the quality benchmark throughout production
This structured review ensures that production aligns exactly with buyer expectations.
Raw Material Quality Control
Product quality starts with the right raw materials. We apply strict controls to ensure only suitable materials enter the production process.
Key practices include:
- Supplier selection based on material consistency and reliability
- Incoming inspection of fabrics and accessories for GSM, weave quality, color consistency, and visible defects
- Batch-wise identification and traceability of raw materials
- Rejection or segregation of non-conforming materials
This approach minimizes quality risks at the earliest stage.
In-Process Quality Control
Quality is continuously monitored during production rather than being checked only at the final stage.
Our in-process controls include:
- Quality checks at critical production stages such as cutting, stitching, finishing, and washing (if applicable)
- Measurement verification to ensure size accuracy
- Monitoring of workmanship, seam strength, and overall appearance
- Immediate correction of issues detected during production
Early detection helps prevent large-scale defects and ensures production consistency.
Control of Non-Conforming Products
We follow a clear system for handling products that do not meet quality requirements.
Our controls include:
- Identification and segregation of non-conforming items
- Evaluation to determine rework, downgrade, or rejection
- Corrective actions taken before reprocessing or disposal
- Assurance that non-conforming products are not dispatched to clients
This system protects clients from receiving defective goods.
Final Inspection & Packing Control
Before dispatch, every order undergoes a final inspection to confirm compliance with approved standards.
Final inspection covers:
- Comparison with approved samples and specifications
- Verification of dimensions, stitching quality, and product appearance
- Cleanliness and finishing standards
- Proper folding, labeling, and secure packing to avoid transit damage
Only products that meet quality requirements are approved for shipment.
Measuring Equipment & Accuracy Control
Accurate measurements are essential for product consistency. We ensure:
- Regular verification of measuring tools such as tapes, scales, and GSM cutters
- Proper handling and storage of measurement equipment
- Consistent measurement practices across production and inspection stages
This ensures reliable and repeatable quality outcomes.
Training & Workforce Competence
Our production and quality teams are trained to follow defined quality procedures. Key practices include:
- Task-specific training for operators and quality inspectors
- On-the-job guidance to reduce errors and improve workmanship
- Continuous skill development based on quality performance reviews
A trained workforce plays a critical role in maintaining quality standards.
Continuous Improvement & Quality Monitoring
Quality is an ongoing process. We regularly review performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Our approach includes:
- Analysis of defects and customer feedback
- Root cause identification and corrective actions
- Preventive measures to avoid repeat issues
- Ongoing refinement of processes and controls
This continuous improvement mindset helps us deliver better quality with every order.
Transparency & Quality Assurance
We maintain quality records to support traceability and accountability across production stages. Our quality practices are internally developed and aligned with internationally recognized quality management principles.
